A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Test Engineer, with my client, based in Bristol. My client are an open mobility infrastructure company who deliver subscribercentric architecture to network operators like Orange and Vodafone. The successful applicant will be required to ensure that products are of the quality expected and that the system behaves appropriately and according with the requirements. You will need experience writing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts and Test Reports. You will need to understand system behaviours and requirements of the area you are responsible for, raising faults when appropriate. Skills in Linux and Scripting aswell as a research background and previous test experience is essential and it would be advantageous to have any of the following: X500, LDAP, SOAP, GSM, GPRS, IMS.
